I would recommend putting standard ground shipping for this as the shipping amounts must be charged with the purchase of the book but obviously only apply once the book goes into shipping phase. Estimated shipping date, July 2012 (subject to change - as we get a bit closer I will announce a firm ship date).
How to put in discount code
After adding to cart, you can checkout (proceed to checkout) enter the information it asks you for, then click continue button and
it takes you to Paypal, you will get two options one is Have a Paypal Account and the other is Continue without a Paypal account, in both instances the next page confirms the information you entered (or just your Paypal account information) then there is a continue button, this does not finalize the purchase. You will be brought back to this site where you then enter the discount code and shipping options and confirm order or cancel the transaction completely.
